Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By purchasing any plan on pokemongofriendscode.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the purchase.

2. Service Description

pokemongofriendscode.com provides an automated Pokémon GO friend request delivery service. After payment confirmation, the system sends daily friend requests to the Trainer Code(s) you provided, for the duration of your plan.

3. User Obligations

• •Provide a valid, active Trainer Code from a Pokémon GO account in good standing.
• •Keep your pending friend request inbox below the in-game limit (currently 100 pending). Requests will not be delivered if the limit is reached.
• •Accept incoming friend requests to ensure friendship progression.
• •Do not provide Trainer Codes for accounts that are banned, suspended, or in violation of Niantic's Terms of Service.

4. Payment and Plans

• •The Trial is a one-time 10-day plan. Gold and Diamond renew automatically each month until you cancel — you can cancel anytime via the link in your confirmation email (Stripe Customer Portal).
• •BRL payments are processed by Mercado Pago. USD payments are processed by Stripe.
• •The displayed price is our final price. Payment gateway fees may vary depending on your chosen method.

5. Refund Policy

We guarantee a full refund if you receive no friend requests within the first 3 days after payment confirmation. To request a refund, email suporte@pokemongofriendscode.com with your registered email and Trainer Code. We do not offer partial refunds for partially used plans.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• •Providing Trainer Codes for accounts that use cheats, GPS spoofing, or any practice violating Niantic's Terms of Service.
• •Initiating a chargeback for services that were actually delivered.
• •Reselling or redistributing received friend requests as your own service.
• •Using the service for illegal purposes or in bad faith.

7. Limitation of Liability

• •We do not guarantee a minimum XP amount, as this depends on the friendship level reached and your interaction with added friends.
• •We are not responsible for changes to Pokémon GO rules, limits, or mechanics made by Niantic.
• •We are not responsible for account suspensions or bans caused by the user's own actions.
• •Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the plan.

8. Intellectual Property

Pokémon GO, Pokémon, the Poké Ball, and related marks are the property of Niantic, Inc. and The Pokémon Company International. This service is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these companies. All trademark references are descriptive and referential only.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is identified by the date above. Changes affecting existing rights will be communicated by email at least 7 days in advance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
